VeegurFit is a workout tracker that helps you to keep workouts under control and constantly monitor your progress in a gym.
Workout log is necessary for everyone who is serious about the outcome and wants to achieve their goals. After all, thanks to a workout log you can track and analyze your results in a gym, view progress and statistics for each exercise, and view the results of past training to monitor your achievements.
Also, thanks to a body parameters log you can control your weight and all body sizes, which is very important tfor any goals - whether it is fat loss or muscle building.
In addition, thanks to VeegurFit you can pick up for yourself one of the pre-installed workout programs developed by professional athletes and achieve your goals.
Exercise Database
- Possibility to filter exercises by a category (Chest, Back, Legs, etc)
- Each category contains a default list of base exercises
- Add new exercises with description for your workouts
- Two types of activity measurement: Reps (record sets with reps and weight) and Time (record sets with time)
Workout Program Database
- Contains a default list of professional workout programs
- Add new programs with exercises from the exercise database
- Fill in default sets amount and reps amount or time (depending on the exercise type)
Calendar
- Dates on which you have workouts or body parameters logs are highlighted
- Tap a day in the calendar to display a list with workouts or body parameters logs on the selected date
- Create a workout or body parameters on specific date
Workout Tracker
- View the history of workouts
- Navigate to a specific day using the calendar
- Create a custom workout program and create a workout for specific program
- Possibility to add supersets, compound sets and giant sets by clicking on "Add exercises group" and selecting the required number of exercises that will be done in one set
- Possibility to add one exercise several times (for example, if you have the same exercise in warm-up and workout hitching)
- Add or remove exercises during workout
- Change ordering of exercises during workout
- Record sets of reps and weight or time for each exercise
- Swipe across when recording sets to view the exercise history or a line chart of your progress
- Possibility to migrate the progress of the last workout to a current one
